What You Will Be Doing Crafting and implementing top-tier AI automations to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and deliver resilient, scalable solutions across a variety of applications. Exploring cutting-edge AI technologies such as GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, integrating them into our development framework to evaluate and augment their effectiveness. Assessing and refining AI solution implementations across multiple infrastructures, including AWS, ensuring smooth integration and performance. What You Won’t Be Doing Engaging in traditional coding - our AI handles the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on innovation and strategic development. Performing monotonous tasks - each challenge is unique and diverse. Software Development Engineer Key Responsibilities Designing and deploying advanced, fully-automated AI systems that operate without human intervention, achieving scalable results. Basic Requirements AI-First Mindset (if your approach is to code first and then use AI tools for validation or enhancement, rather than starting with AI, this role might not be for you). A minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Expertise in Python and AWS. Experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev). Proven track record of successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
