Job Description:

Join our GenAI Platform organization, where we are building the next generation of AI-powered solutions to drive innovation across the
company. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of Generative AI to help shape scalable and impactful applications.

Role Summary
A high performing individual contributor who acts as a mentor to more junior engineers, applies new engineering principles to improve existing systems, and is responsible for leading complex, well-defined projects.

Experience and qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master's degree).
• Experience developing software in at least three different programming languages.
• Experience maintaining multiple software projects in production environments, including bug fixing, troubleshooting, and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing and developing APIs for consumption across business units.
• Proven ability to design, test, and monitor moderately complex systems, with a focus on creating easily testable and observable software.
• Demonstrated experience acting as a mentor to other engineers and leading code reviews.
• Holistic problem-solving skills, with experience bringing together different stakeholders to develop solutions and improve process efficiency.
• Strong understanding of how team goals align with business needs, and the ability to identify and provide solutions to business problems at a project level.
