Project Role Description :

Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration techniques and tools related to Oracle Siebel. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
