Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to improve application performance and reliability, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Object Management Workbench Development. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting application code. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Object Management Workbench Development. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
