Youll play a key role in designing and deploying robust, scalable applications that drive the next generation of intelligent infrastructure and smart building solutions. What You'll Do:
Design & DevelopArchitect, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, JavaScript, and modern web-based technologies, all within the Tridium Niagara Framework environment.
Collaborate & InnovateWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to define requirements, design features, and deliver impactful Siemens solutions from concept to deployment.
CI/CD ExcellenceImplement and maintain robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring best practices for automated testing, integration, and seamless deployment processes.
Agile ApproachActively participate in all Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Optimize & TroubleshootProactively identify, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
Knowledge SharingContribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing initiatives within the team to elevate collective expertise.
What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):
Proven ExperienceA minimum of 5 years of demonstrable professional experience in software development, with a strong foundation in Java, JavaScript, and web-based application development. Niagara Framework ExpertSignificant and proven hands-on experience with the Tridium Niagara Framework is absolutely essential. You should be highly comfortable with its architecture and deployment strategies.
CI/CD MasterySolid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and best practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Agile AdvocateProficiency in Agile methodologies and a track record of active participation in Agile ceremonies.
Problem SolverStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
