Job Description

As part of our dynamic team, you will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions while learning the latest technologies and industry practices. You’ll work closely with mentors and project leads to gain real-time experience in live projects.

Key Responsibilities

For Software Developers:

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks (ReactJS, NodeJS, Django, etc.).
• Work on backend logic, database design, and API integration.
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance.

For Flutter Developers:

• Build responsive cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Integrate APIs and Firebase services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX team for app interface implementation.

For UI/UX Designers:

• Design user-centric interfaces and engaging experiences for web and mobile apps.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency.

For Digital Marketing Executives:

• Plan and execute digital campaigns on Google, Meta, and social media platforms.
• Manage social media content, SEO optimization, and brand promotions.
• Analyze performance data and prepare marketing reports.

Required Skills

• Software / Flutter: JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, Dart, Flutter, Firebase, SQL.
• UI/UX: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Wireframing & Prototyping.
• Digital Marketing: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Strategy, Canva, Analytics Tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
