Software Developer Desktop/Web Applications

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of software for controlling and analyzing laboratory measuring devices, primarily in C#/.NET with WPF or similar XAML-based UI frameworks.
• Optional: Development of components in C++, JavaScript, as well as frontend elements with HTML and CSS.
• Optimization and adaptation of existing applications to new requirements and technologies to ensure long-term use and compatibility.
• Development and execution of unit and integration tests to ensure the functionality and stability of the software, including documentation and analysis of test results.
• Implementation and adaptation of software for communication with hardware components of laboratory measuring devices to ensure smooth control and data acquisition.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for internal use.
  

• Profound knowledge in C# and WPF (or other XAML-based UI frameworks).
• Optional: Good knowledge in C++.
• Optional: Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.
• Practice in the development, optimization, and long-term maintenance of application software.
• Knowledge in unit and integration tests as well as in dealing with test methods for quality assurance.
