Software Delivery Specialist - Solutions, Periscope

Role Overview: You will be working with Periscope leadership and client representatives in joint problem-solving sessions. Your role will also involve enabling process improvements, driving discussions with the product development team, and providing ongoing feedback on solutions and opportunities to enhance features. Your main responsibility will be to support clients in their usage of Periscope solution, engage with client sponsors, drive user adoption, and deliver insights related to business challenges. You will play a crucial role in bridging client business challenges with the capabilities of the Periscope solution and ensuring effective communication of project status, schedule, cost, and risks/issues. Additionally, you will plan and execute the roll-out of applications beyond engagements. This role will require managing relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams throughout the project life cycle while coaching and mentoring junior team members.
