Software Architect

Job Overview

Looking for a highly skilled solution/software architect to lead our development team in creating robust, secure, and scalable software solutions that meet project needs. You will be responsible for communicating with clients to determine their requirements, creating comprehensive solution plans, and leading a team of software engineers as they develop polished final products. To be successful as a solution/software architect, you should be an expert problem solver with a strong understanding of the broad range of software technologies and platforms available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions
• Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Performing troubleshooting as required
• Participate in pre sales activities
• Prepare and maintain intuitive ,detailed and relevant documents for proposed Architecture design 

Eligibility Criteria

• 10-12 years of overall experience with at least 4 years as a solution/software architect
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff .
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with at least one of the following platforms : UCaaS , HostedPBX , Class 4/5 Switch.
• Hands on experience on working with FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, MySQL, MongoDB,Redis , Nginx and Ejabberd
• Must have good knowledge of following protocols : TCP,UDP, TLS, WEBRTC, SIP,SDP, RTP,SRTP and HTTP
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages : C / C++ / PHP/PYTHON/Node.JS
• Hands on experience on designing micro services based highly scalable and flexible VoIP platforms.
• DevOPS : Git, Jenkins , SonarQube(nice to have) , Docker , Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Knowledge of DNS, BGP , CEPH/GlusterFS , Linux Kernel Settings will be added advantage
