Roles and Responsibilities: - Design and deliver soft skills training programs for employees. - Identify training needs and address skill gaps. - Develop and customize training content and materials. - Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching. - Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. - Collaborate with operations teams to integrate soft skills training into daily workflows. - Ensure training KPIs such as throughput, TNI, TNA, and efficacy are met. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training. Eligibility: - Minimum 3 years of overall experience in the BPO industry. - At least 1 year of on-paper experience as a Soft Skills Trainer. - Graduation in any stream is mandatory. - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). - Strong presentation and coaching abilities.
