Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer Job Summary: Prakara is seeking a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to support the personal and professional development of learners across a wide range of domains, including medical and technical fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions that focus on key interpersonal and professional skills. This role is instrumental in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where learners are empowered to grow and thrive. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver soft skills training programs tailored to diverse learner needs Create interactive training materials, role-plays, and activities to enhance learning Conduct engaging training sessions that combine theory with real-world application Assess training effectiveness through feedback, participation, and performance metrics Offer one-on-one coaching to learners for focused skill development Stay current with soft skills trends and integrate best practices into training modules Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for learners Contribute to the evolution of Prakara’s training offerings with new ideas and insights Key Requirements: Education in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering soft skills training programs In-depth knowledge of communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and related skills Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an ability to engage diverse learners Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Passionate about learner success and continuous improvement Others: Location: Hyderabad Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
