The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on various soft skills, including communication, life skills, and presentation skills. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, evaluating trainee performance, and providing feedback to help students improve their skills. The Trainer will also collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
