Role Overview: As a Training and Placement Officer (TPO) at KASHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, VARANASI, you will be responsible for managing the training and placement activities of the institute. Your key tasks will include liaising with industries for internships and job placements, organizing training programs for students, maintaining placement records, and ensuring that students are well-prepared for the recruitment process. Additionally, you will develop relationships with potential recruiters and ensure the smooth conduct of campus placement drives.
