Job Description As a Soft Skills Trainer at Raah Foundation, you will play a crucial role in conducting training sessions for tribal community members in Vasai Virar, Maharashtra. Your focus will be on improving communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills among the participants. Your daily tasks will include designing and delivering workshops, preparing training materials, assessing progress, and providing feedback and support to the community members. Collaboration with other team members is essential to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of the training programs. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver training sessions for community members - Focus on improving communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Prepare training materials and conduct workshops - Assess progress and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with team members to enhance training programs - Support and mentor participants to achieve their development goals Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Experience in designing and delivering training programs - Ability to assess progress and provide constructive feedback - Proficiency in preparing training materials and conducting workshops - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Flexibility to adapt training methods to meet diverse participants" needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in community development or working with tribal communities is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,
