We are looking for an enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging sessions that enhance students and professionals communication, personality, and professional development skills.
Train learners on communication, presentation, leadership, and teamwork.
Prepare candidates for interviews, group discussions, and workplace behavior.
Conduct interactive sessions, activities, and role plays.
Assess performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Create and update training content as per industry needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong classroom management and motivational abilities.
Creative, confident, and engaging teaching style.
Graduate / Postgraduate in English, HR, Psychology, or related field.
Good Experience in soft skills or corporate training.
3 months contractual role.
