Position : Soft Skill Trainer

1. Brief about the position

We are seeking a Soft Skill Trainer to deliver essential soft skill training to candidates, helping them to enhance their interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and professionalism. The role is critical in preparing candidates for the workplace and improving their overall employability.

2. Job Description (JD)

• - Responsible for training students in Soft Skills/employability skills like grooming, communication etc. thru use of innovative teaching techniques.
• - Using audios/videos, role plays and evaluation methods.
• - Conducting Spoken Communication Skills sessions
• - Preparing students to face Interviews for placement
• Training Data, MIS & Documentation

• Candidate Support & Monitoring

o Evaluate and provide feedback to candidates on their soft skill progress o Ensure that candidates are actively involved and motivated throughout the training process

• Record Keeping & Reporting

o Maintain detailed records of training attendance, assessments, and outcomes o Submit regular progress reports to the Center Manager

• Placement Coordination

o Coordinate with placement teams to ensure that soft skill training is aligned with the industry requirements o Assist candidates with interview preparation and soft skill assessments for job placements

3. Qualification

• Graduate with 1 year of experience in soft skills training

• Good Presentation Skills, Training Delivery Skill , Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level, Self-motivated, ability to organize & handle students

4. Reporting and Team

• Reporting to the Center Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
