Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer – Driver Awareness & Safety Program

About the Role:

Invicta Learning is seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver an impactful Driver Awareness and Safety Training Program aimed at cab and commercial drivers. The objective is to instill professional conduct, respect, and safety-first behavior while interacting with women passengers and the general public, along with adherence to key traffic rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions focused on:
• Gender Sensitivity and Appropriate Behavior with Women Passengers
• Compliance with Essential Traffic Rules and Safety Practices
• Customer Service and Communication Etiquette with All Passengers
• Use real-life scenarios, role-plays, and interactive tools to maximize engagement and retention.
• Assess participant understanding and address queries to ensure clarity and behavior change.
• Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and professional training environment.
• Share feedback with the Invicta Learning team on training outcomes and improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in soft skills or behavioral training, especially with blue-collar or transport industry workforce.
• Excellent communication skills in relevant regional languages + English/Hindi.
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and ethical workplace behavior.
• Comfortable conducting workshops in interactive, practical formats.
• Ability to manage and influence a diverse group of adult learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in HR, Psychology, Training & Development, or related fields.
• Certification in Soft Skills / Behavioral Training (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in driver safety or CSR-based training programs is a plus.

Remuneration:

Competitive and aligned with industry standards. Final compensation will be based on experience and session count.

Contract length: 60 days

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹350.00 per hour
