Job Description Soft Skills Trainer | HCL Tech | Vijayawada & Madurai HCL Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer for its Madurai & Vijayawada location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging behavioral and communication training programs for employees across levels. This role involves both in-person and virtual training sessions, with occasional travel outside Vijayawada & Madurai as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, workplace etiquette, and other behavioral topics Customize content based on audience and organizational needs Evaluate training outcomes and report effectiveness Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in soft skills or corporate training Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Willingness to travel for training assignments outside Madurai & Vijayawada Employment Type: Third-party payroll Location: Madurai & Vijayawada
