Responsibilities: Manage Training sessions. Manage Candidates records and documentation. To be able to conduct sessions w.r.t. the customer care executive job role. (handling customer calls, QRC (Query request complain), face to face interaction with client / customer and CCE) Education: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree. Experience: Required 1 year of experience in relevant fields.
