Job Summary:

Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery

  : Conduct soft skills training sessions, workshops, and seminars for students on topics such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.

• Curriculum Development

  : Design and develop engaging course materials, learning modules, and assessments that align with the university’s educational objectives and students’ personal development needs.

• Needs Assessment

  : Conduct surveys and assessments to understand the specific skill gaps of students and tailor the training programs accordingly.

• Interactive Learning

  : Use a variety of training techniques, including role-playing, group discussions, simulations, case studies, and practical exercises to engage students effectively.

• Performance Evaluation

  : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through student feedback, assessments, and observations. Provide post-training support to ensure students apply the skills learned.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with academic departments to integrate soft skills training into the overall curriculum and ensure alignment with career services, placements, and overall student development.

• Research & Development

  : Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in soft skills development and incorporate these innovations into training programs.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Ability to conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions.
• Knowledge of various soft skills development tools and techniques.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Certification in Soft Skills or Personal Development is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong command over English and Hindi, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an academic setting.
• Experience working with diverse student groups and in designing customized training programs.
