Job Summary:

Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
Design customized training content aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
Deliver interactive workshops and training sessions focused on:

Communication skills (verbal, written, non-verbal)
Customer interaction etiquette
Time management and productivity
Conflict resolution and negotiation
Emotional intelligence and stress management
Leadership and team-building

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post-training assessments.
Collaborate with team leads, HR, and managers to support ongoing development initiatives.
Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in soft skills training or corporate L&D.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proven ability to engage learners in both in-person and virtual settings.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
