ConnectFor is looking for Soft Skill Trainer Volunteer to join our team

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance soft skills.
Conduct workshops and sessions to improve communication and interpersonal skills.
Create engaging content and materials to support training initiatives.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with other teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to help them achieve their goals.
