Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer located in Noida. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and delivering workshops on soft skills, communication, and life skills. The trainer will work closely with students to enhance their employability and personal development through interactive and engaging sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Training & Development and Soft Skills training
• Knowledge in Life Skills
• Proven ability to engage and motivate students
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to develop and deliver customized training programs
• Relevant certification in training or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field

Date of interview will be on saturday from 2pm to 5pm
