You will be joining JeenaSikho Lifecare Private Limited, a health, wellness, and fitness company dedicated to enhancing the overall health of the community. Your role as a Soft Skill Trainer in Meerut will involve delivering training programs to improve soft skills like communication, life skills, and presentation skills. Additionally, you will develop training materials, conduct workshops, and assess the effectiveness of training sessions. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure a comprehensive training experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training programs to enhance soft skills such as communication, life skills, and presentation skills - Develop engaging training materials - Conduct workshops to facilitate skill development - Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive training experience Qualifications: - Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities - Experience in Training & Development and Soft Skills enhancement - Proficiency in teaching Life Skills - Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills - Ability to create engaging training materials - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field - Previous experience in a similar role Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 20k to 45k, and the location is Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.,
