Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer located in Meerut. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to improve soft skills such as communication, life skills, and presentation skills. They will also be involved in developing training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure a comprehensive training experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Training & Development and Soft Skills enhancement
• Proficiency in teaching Life Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Ability to create engaging training materials
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar

Experience: 1-4 years

Salary: 20k-45k
