Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Cleaning Management

Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards.
Schedule regular deep cleaning and inspections.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Pest Control

Coordinate with pest control vendors.
Ensure regular treatment schedules are followed.

Security Services

Oversee security staff and ensure compliance with protocols.
Monitor access control systems and visitor management.

Waste Management

Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
Promote recycling and sustainability initiatives.

Front Office & Reception Services

Manage front desk staff.
Ensure professional visitor handling and smooth coordination.

Cafeteria & Pantry Services

Monitor catering and pantry operations.
Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance.

Vendor Management

Liaise with service vendors (cleaning, security, pest control, etc.).
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Customer Service

Address tenant or employee concerns related to soft services.
Implement feedback and improve service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on service performance.
Handle audits and compliance checks.
