Soft Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Housekeeping Operations

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities across office floors, restrooms, and common areas.
  
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained as per company SOPs.
  
• Monitor performance of housekeeping staff and provide on-ground training or feedback when needed.
  

2. Security & Front Office Coordination

• Coordinate with security teams to ensure proper visitor management and access control.
  
• Support front office operations during peak hours or absence of front desk staff.
  
• Ensure emergency procedures and safety protocols are being followed.
  

3. Pantry & Hospitality Services

• Monitor pantry services, including hygiene, stock levels, and pantry staff performance.
  
• Support internal meetings with hospitality arrangements (tea, coffee, snacks, etc.).
  

4. Vendor Supervision

• Coordinate with third-party service providers (housekeeping, pest control, pantry, etc.).
  
• Validate service delivery and ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  
• Escalate vendor performance issues to Facility/Admin Manager.
  

5. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain stock of cleaning materials, toiletries, and pantry items.
  
• Ensure timely replenishment through procurement or vendor coordination.
  

6. Event & Meeting Support

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms or internal events (cleaning, furniture arrangement, etc.).
  
• Coordinate for special cleaning or facility support during office events.
  

7. Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain daily/weekly checklists and inspection logs.
  
• Prepare reports on soft services operations and submit to the reporting manager.
  
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
