Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure the PPM of all critical equipment like HVAC & Chillers, Sewage treatment plants, UPS, DG Sets, Water treatment, transformer, LT panel, Fire Safety etc to be performed as per 52 calendar. 2. Ensure proper records are maintained relating to all plant and equipment for the Properties including repair and service records. 3. Coordinate with vendor for equipment breakdown 4. Ensure that inventory stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and safe environment. 5. Daily, weekly and Monthly inspection to be carried out as per In house PPM calendar 6. Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues. Ensure maintenance staff is wearing proper uniforms with name tag and upholds grooming and hygiene standard Preferred candidate profile Engineering Graduate Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling facility or property

Screening, hiring and training of new personnel of service provider. 11. Assigning of daily/weekly assignments to staff. 12. Timely escalation of suggestions/observations to improve the working system and procedures. 13. Ensuring compliance to governing documents by one and all. 14.
