Roles & Responsibilities
To provide comprehensive facility services to the client with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ensure the Janitor are reached on time
briefing and Proper grooming given to all the janitor before starting the routine work.
Tools and tackles, chemical dilutions.
Response to user requests and arrange services as needed (Meeting rooms, conference rooms, cabins etc.)
Response to ensure floors are ready before occupying the end uses
Event & orientation setup support on need basis
Technology Tools implementation and management.
Tracking of 52-week PPM schedule and ensure to get it done
Monitoring of Housekeeping staff & day to day requirements
Monitoring of Pantry services & Hot Beverages.
Ensure to manage cafeteria operations and ordering of food
Monitoring of Gym room operations & cleaning services.
Validations for invoices & purchasing supplies.
Monitoring of Indoor plants & coordinate with plants vendor.
Monitoring of Pest control activities
Move coordination
Ensure to attend the Helpdesk tickets and track towards closure
Tracking of monthly indent.
Co-ordinating with EHS for Safety Measures at Workplace
Monitoring of cleanliness for common area, parking area, utility rooms etc.
Make sure that daily walk through in and around of substation to identify snag point, near miss opportunity, process improvement, area of improvement.

Updating of Inventory
Ordering of indents
Vendor coordination
After Noon
Coordination with Food vendor for Lunch arrangements
Arranging space at cafeteria for Lunch
Monitoring of food consumption & Food waste consumption.
Monitoring of pantry beverages.
Evening
Cross verifying of checklist
Checking of Rest rooms conditions.
Checking of rest rooms, meeting rooms, cabins, conference rooms & pantry's
