Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise housekeeping, janitorial, and pantry staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. 2. Oversee front desk/reception operations and ensure excellent visitor/client handling. 3. Coordinate with security and facility teams for smooth entry/exit, ID checks, and access control. 4. Manage vendor relationships for soft services (cleaning supplies, catering, pest control, etc.). 5. Conduct regular facility inspections and audits for cleanliness, functionality, and compliance 6. Handle office events, meeting room readiness, and employee support services. 7. Prepare daily/weekly reports and escalate any service gaps or incidents to management. 8.
