Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in the planning and execution of SOX/SOC compliance audits, including scoping, risk assessment, and control

testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and document internal controls and processes.
Review and evaluate financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with SOX/SOC requirements.
Conduct tests of controls to verify their effectiveness and identify control deficiencies.
Document findings and assist in the preparation of audit reports and recommendations.
Assist in the development and maintenance of audit work papers and documentation.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to SOX/SOC compliance.
