Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Society Manager role based in Mumbai. The Society Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient management of residential or commercial societies. Responsibilities include managing financial operations, coordinating with vendors, overseeing property maintenance, addressing resident concerns, facilitating effective communications, and organizing community engagement activities. The role also involves implementing innovative solutions to improve operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Vendor Management and coordination with third-party service providers
• Strong Facility Management skills, such as maintenance oversight, technical troubleshooting, and adherence to quality standards
• Proficient in Community Engagement and troubleshooting resident concerns while fostering strong relationships
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for conveying information to a diverse group of stakeholders
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities for addressing operational challenges effectively
• Proficiency in using technology and tools related to society and facility management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, property management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in society or facility management roles is highly desirable
