The Society Manager will be responsible for assisting the Managing Committee in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the housing society. This includes handling administrative work, record-keeping, correspondence, supervision of support staff and vendors, and ensuring that all society operations are carried out efficiently and transparently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative & Office Work Maintain society records, files, and registers (digital and physical). Draft and issue letters, notices, circulars, and emails to members and residents. Prepare minutes of committee meetings and maintain documentation. Coordinate with the society’s auditor, legal advisor, and other consultants when required. Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and documentation for statutory compliances (as per Society Bye-Laws, RERA, MOFA, etc.). 2. Communication & Liaison Act as the first point of contact for members, residents, and vendors. Handle day-to-day queries and complaints from residents professionally. Communicate updates, notices, and policy changes clearly and promptly. Liaise with local authorities, maintenance service providers, and contractors as required. 3. Supervision of Staff & Vendors Supervise daily work of housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. Ensure all outsourced vendors (gardening, waste management, pest control, etc.) deliver as per contract. Maintain staff attendance and duty rosters. Report irregularities, maintenance issues, or vendor lapses to the Managing Committee. 4. Maintenance & Operations Oversee general upkeep of common areas, cleanliness, and hygiene. Monitor utility and service operations such as water supply, lifts, and lighting. Coordinate minor repairs and follow up with vendors for timely resolution. Assist in scheduling and supervising AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities. Skills & Qualifications: Preferred Graduate Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential/commercial facility administration or similar role. Strong organizational and communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language). Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Familiarity with society management software (e.g., MyGate, NoBrokerHood, etc.) is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently under minimal supervision. Pleasant, professional demeanor and strong people-management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
