Social Worker Manager

We are hiring experienced professionals to lead transformative development initiatives in a Parliamentary Constituency. These roles are full-time, field-based, and focus on people Empowerment, young Sports Engagement, and Education/Skilling.

NGO Projects Lead (SHGs & Livelihood Development) Location: Parliamentary Constituency (Field-based), Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SHG-based people empowerment and livelihood generation programs.

• Identify local economic opportunities and develop viable product/service models.

• Facilitate SHG linkages with banks, NABARD, and government schemes.

• Design trainings on financial literacy, product design, branding, packaging, and marketing.

• Ensure access to market linkages through both traditional and digital channels.

• Conduct regular field visits, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Create impact dashboards (income upliftment, savings, enterprise sustainability).

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work/Rural Management/Development Studies.

• Strong field experience in SHG/livelihoods ecosystem.

• Knowledge of microfinance, rural enterprise, and public schemes.

• Ability to work with communities and lead local teams effectively.
