Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: You will be responsible for gathering client requirements, monitoring feedback, and optimizing campaigns to increase engagement and achieve client goals. - Campaign Management: You will create monthly plans and calendars, schedule posts, boost Facebook pages, and manage campaigns to maximize outreach. You will also plan and execute paid campaigns across different social media platforms. - Content Management: You will brainstorm and develop creative campaigns, create and compile content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Blogs. Develop interactive leadership engagement with surveys and polls.Work with the editorial, commercial, marketing and technical teams to ensure marketing campaigns are fit for purpose. - Blogger Outreach Programs: You will strategize and execute outreach programs to collaborate with influential bloggers and promote our clients' brands effectively. MUST HAVE: - Excellent oral and written communication skills: You must possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients during briefings, pitches, and feedback sessions. - Excellent copy and content-writing skills: You should be able to craft engaging and compelling content for various marketing collateral, including one-liners, tweets, blog posts, brochures, and more, tailored to campaign objectives. - Proficiency with social media platforms: You should have a deep understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other Web 2.0 platforms to effectively manage campaigns and engage with target audiences. - Creative and out-of-the-box thinking: We value innovative ideas and concepts. Your ability to think creatively and execute innovative brand communication strategies will be crucial to this role. - Strong visualization skills: Strong visualization skills to be able to work with the design teams to create effective creative as per campaign objectives.
