Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically, create content plans that align with brand goals, and translate insights into campaigns that perform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform strategy.
• Work with designers and copywriters to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Track and analyze performance metrics; provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on new social media tools, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or strategy (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to ideate and execute campaigns end-to-end.
• Basic familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
