About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our growing travel brand. If you love spotting trends, building brand presence online, and creating campaigns that drive engagement — we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize monthly social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Build and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Identify trends, competitor activities, and viral opportunities
• Coordinate with design, content, and video teams for campaign execution
• Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies for growth
• Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media strategy or management
• Strong understanding of analytics, trends, and audience behavior
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later/Buffer, and Canva or Photoshop
• Excellent creative thinking and communication skills
• Passion for travel, lifestyle, and digital storytelling
