Social Media Specialist

Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

∙Create engaging content for various platforms, including captions, articles, and write-

ups.

∙Manage social media accounts by posting updates, uploading pictures, and scheduling

content.

∙Respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

∙Brainstorm and execute social media campaigns to grow engagement and reach.

Email & Communication Management

∙Handle email accounts, including responding to inquiries, organizing inboxes, and

following up with contacts.

∙Maintain professional and timely communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

∙Draft and edit written communications, newsletters, and updates.

Scheduling & Administrative Tasks

∙Manage appointments and scheduling to ensure efficient time management.

∙Conduct calls and follow-ups with clients, leads, or vendors as needed.

∙Keep accurate records of conversations, updates, and commitments.

∙Assist with basic project coordination and tracking deadlines.

Requirements:

 Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

 Excellent writing and editing skills for content creation.

 Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

Shift- US shift

Salary- 20-23k(4 hours)
