Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our organization's presence on various social media platforms. You will develop and implement strategies to increase our online visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our website or other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of current trends in digital marketing.

Requirements:

- Develop engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including text posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor and manage our organization's presence on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.- Interact with our followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Build and nurture online communities around our brand and products/services, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among our audience.- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve our marketing and business objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads.- Monitor key performance metrics and use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of our social media campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.- Edit and upload videos and images on various social media platforms Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and on the websites and linkedin.- Use Canva tool for editing of the images and videos.- Daily posting on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering, Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,865.62 - ₹20,233.78 per month
