We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Social Media Marketing team.

The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales while also supporting brand promotion through marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to meet targets in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
• Develop strategies to bring high-quality leads consistently.
• Build, manage, and optimize CRM systems to track leads and conversions.
• Create structured sales funnels and nurture journeys.

Sales Strategy & Execution: -

• Design detailed sales plans and execute them end-to-end.
• Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively.
• Own the full cycle: prospecting → pitching → follow-ups → closing deals.
• Consumer Psychology & Influence

Apply behavioral insights and decision-making psychology in pitches.

Craft persuasive messaging that aligns with client motivations.

Use storytelling and emotional triggers to improve closing rates.

Collaboration & Reporting :-

Work with marketing to align lead-gen campaigns.

Track, analyze, and report sales performance with clear KPIs.

Continuously suggest improvements for higher conversions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
