Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Optimizer (SMO) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)

Optimize social media posts (text, image, video) for higher visibility and engagement.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, impressions, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and technologies.

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team to create content calendars.

Run paid social campaigns (optional depending on experience).

Track competitor social media performance and suggest improvements.

Increase follower base and community engagement through organic and strategic methods.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media platforms.

Knowledge of current SMO practices and trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Meta Suite).

Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing is a plus.

Ability to create performance reports and insights.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
