Social Media Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Publish and maintain posting discipline across all active channels
• Track and analyze performance via Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Analytics
• Engage with the community — respond to comments, queries, and DMs while maintaining brand tone
• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design and communication guidelines
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
• Deep understanding of cross-platform content formats and behavior
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate with creative and marketing teams
• Basic knowledge of analytics, insights, and performance optimization
• Understanding of brand building and digital audience psychology
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior agency experience or handling multiple brands simultaneously
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies
