Video Editor (Reels & Short-Form Content)

As a Video Editor, your primary focus will be editing high-quality Reels and short videos for various social media platforms, with a specialization in Instagram Reels and other short-form content. Your role will involve syncing trendy music and sound bites with visuals, cutting and assembling videos, adding supers and supporting imagery, all while staying updated with current social media trends and editing styles. Your edits should be sharp, clean, attention-grabbing, and effectively communicate the intended message. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in editing Reels or similar short-form content, along with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. A strong understanding of pacing, audio syncing, and visual storytelling is essential, as well as the ability to deliver edits promptly without compromising quality. Attention to detail, a keen sense of timing, and rhythm are also crucial for success in this position. While not mandatory, a basic understanding of social media engagement strategies and familiarity with editing interview-style or artist content would be considered a bonus.
