Overview

We are looking for a talented and data-driven Social Media Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in developing and executing effective social media strategies, managing paid campaigns, and driving performance marketing initiatives. Expertise in PPC, community building, and social media marketing is essential, along with a strong understanding of the IT or blockchain services industry.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 3 - 6 years in social media marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably in the IT or blockchain industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of PPC, paid campaigns, and performance marketing.
• Experience with SEO tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and IT services.
• Creativity: Proven ability to design and execute creative marketing campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Tools: Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), design platforms (e.g., Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the IT and blockchain audience.
• Identify and target key audience segments across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
• Align social media efforts with broader marketing goals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
