About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you live and breathe social media trends, content strategies, and community building—and have a strong portfolio to prove it—we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Create high-quality content calendars, posts, reels, and stories that align with brand voice
• Analyze audience engagement and run paid ad campaigns to drive reach and conversions
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics, and adjust strategies for better ROI
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers for creative execution
• Engage with the online community—respond to comments, DMs, and queries
• Track competitor activity and stay updated on the latest trends and tools
• Report weekly/monthly insights and campaign performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
• Proven track record of running successful organic and paid campaigns
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Must-Have:

Portfolio link of past social media work is mandatory (include campaign performance, content samples, etc.)
