📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute engaging content strategies aligned with business goals.

• Design visuals, write compelling copy, and use creative tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma, AI tools).

• Manage platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube + expand into podcasts, forums & webinars.

• Run paid campaigns to boost reach, leads, and conversions.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and optimize strategies.

• Build and engage communities, fostering strong brand loyalty.

✨ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of proven experience in brand social media growth.

• Strong creativity with hands-on expertise in content, campaigns & analytics.

• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma) & social tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

• Excellent communication & analytical skills.

• Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns & designs.
