Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry news to capitalize on timely content.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, followers, etc.) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
• Assist in the creation and management of paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with influencer collaboration and campaign execution.
• Knowledge of basic photo/video editing tools (Photoshop, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
