Job Summary

Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:

• Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager)

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Create performance-driven lead generation funnels for architecture & interior design services
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for

  ROI, leads, and conversions

• Develop and implement

  Instagram & YouTube growth strategies

• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare

  weekly performance reports

• Collaborate with the design team to create impactful ad creatives and content
• Stay updated with

  latest trends in social media, ads, and algorithms

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  1 year of hands-on experience

  in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Practical knowledge of

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Strong understanding of

  targeting, retargeting, audience creation & A/B testing

• Familiarity with ad metrics (

  CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.

  )
• Knowledge of

  Instagram & YouTube algorithms

  for organic and paid growth
• Basic knowledge of tools like

  Canva, Google Analytics, or video editing

  (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Media, or related field

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification

  (a plus)
• Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• Ability to

  work independently and deliver results within deadlines
