Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager – Meta & Google Ads Expert Company: MediaTechTemple Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience & performance) Job Summary: MediaTechTemple is looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager with expertise in Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube promotions, and Instagram growth strategies. The ideal candidate will independently plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns while driving strong results and contributing to the company’s overall digital growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on: Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Build lead generation funnels and performance-driven ad strategies Monitor ad performance and optimize for ROI, leads, and conversions Develop Instagram & YouTube growth strategies Analyze campaign metrics and prepare weekly performance reports Collaborate with design and video teams for creatives Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and ad platforms Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Strong knowledge of targeting, retargeting, audience creation, & A/B testing Familiarity with campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) Understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (a plus) Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Why Join MediaTechTemple?
