Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content in collaboration with the creative team.
• Be the point of contact for our social media agency — share briefs, review deliverables, and ensure brand consistency.
• Build and manage strong influencer relationships from outreach to campaign execution.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
• Stay updated on beauty industry trends and evolving social media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize future strategies.
• Explore new formats and creative approaches to grow our online presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:

  5+ years in social media or influencer marketing, preferably in beauty or fashion.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Social Savvy:

  Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing trends.

• Creative Mindset:

  Ability to conceptualize and execute fresh, engaging content.

• People Skills:

  Strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities.

• Organized:

  Good time-management and project coordination skills.

• Tools:

  Familiarity with social media tools and paid advertising platforms is a plus.
